If no specific warranty is mentioned in the listing, the item is simply guaranteed to be as advertised. Should the description be in error and the item is significantly different from the description or is defective, we will issue a refund of the purchase price or replace the item with one that matches the description. Item must be returned in the same condition as was received. We keep detailed photos of each item on file along with serial numbers for comparison purposes. If the item is returned and, after inspection, is determined to be as described or is not defective, a refund of the purchase price (less a 20% restocking fee) may be issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

FOR ITEMS LISTED WITH   DENVER CAMERA CO.  WARRANTIES THAT COVER A SPECIFIC TIME PERIOD (30 days, 60days, etc)
Item is warrantied against mechanical or electronic failure for the period listed.
We will (at our option) either repair the camera, replace it with one of identical make model and condition or refund the purchase price, not including shipping charge.
This warranty does not cover failure due to damage in shipping or from damage caused by misuse by buyer.
Misuse by buyer or damage caused by buyer (accidental or otherwise) will void this warranty.
If purchase price is to be refunded and camera is returned in a cosmetic condition less than as originally sold, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
We do not reimburse for return shipping.This warranty does not cover cosmetics or minor issues that do not affect the operation of the item

We do our best to give an accurate description of the items we sell and our feedback reflects our honesty and reliability. It it important, however, for buyers to realize that they are buying a used item and that cosmetic descriptions such as "Mint", "Excellent", or "Good" are relative to the fact that even "Mint" items are used and pre-owned.

Some people are hyper-sensitive to odors such as smoke or perfume. Many of the classic cameras we sell are 20 to 40 years old. The National Cancer Institute has estimated that in 1975, 30% of the adult population were regular smokers. We would guess that most women of that era wore perfume at some point. Many plastics absorb odors and most cameras have, at least some, plastic parts. Therefore we make no guarantees concerning this subject. To avoid odors, we suggest that someone hyper-sensitive to these smells should buy a camera or accessory item locally and not over the internet or eBay.

Many photographic items such as lenses and cameras , for instance, are designed to be compatible only with specific others. For example...A lens with a Canon Mount will not work on a Nikon Camera. Digital SLR camera owners should check their instruction manuals concerning lens compatibiltity before purchasing a lens. It is your responsibility to know your camera system well enough to choose the proper camera body, lens, flash or other accessory.

IF THE DESCRIPTION SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERS, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE OR (AT OUR DESCRETION) REPLACE WITH AN ITEM THAT MORE CLOSELY MATCHES LISTED DISCRIPTION.
Item must be returned in the same condition as it was when shipped. We keep detailed photos on file for comparison purposes.
If the item was properly described a 20% restocking fee will apply.
ANY OTHER RETURNS THAT WE AUTHORIZE WILL CARRY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
